Annulations effectuées 4 jours ou plus avant la date du circuit : Remboursement intégral (moins les frais de traitement bancaire).
Annulations effectuées 1-3 jours avant la date du circuit: Jusqu`à 50 % de frais d`annulation.
Annulations effectuées moins de 24 heures avant la visite, ou "non-présentation" : 100 % de frais d`annulation (non remboursable).

Koh Sanuk se réserve le droit d`annuler ou de reporter une excursion en raison de circonstances imprévues (météo, problèmes de sécurité). Les excursions peuvent être reportées ou intégralement remboursées d`un commun accord.
Le prestataire de services peut modifier l`itinéraire ou la destination si les conditions météorologiques ne permettent pas l`itinéraire prévu.
Veuillez vous présenter au point de prise en charge (réception de l`hôtel, portail de la villa ou lieu indiqué sur votre bon) 15 à 20 minutes avant le départ. Les arrivées tardives ne pourront pas être prises en charge et seront considérées comme une non-présentation.
